Communication training with team building programs
If you care about improving communication in your team and team building activities alone are not enough, we have for you an offer of specialized trainings in communication and management, conducted by experienced Challenge Box business coaches. Trainings are held with the use of our original integration programs - Zodiac Chest or Vincie Chest with specialized moderation by an experienced coach.
WORKSHOPS UNDER THE GUIDANCE OF A COACH
Challenge Box original training program
The training offer differs from team building in that during these implementations the person responsible for moderating the activities is an experienced business coach, whose goal is to focus the participants' attention on improving communication and management, and to discuss in detail and present the results of individual and team work. The duration of the workshop is about 3-4h.
Business coach in the role of observer
We work only with the best business coaches who know Challenge Box team building programs inside out and on their basis are able to build interesting, engaging and, most importantly, extremely effective communication and management training. During each training, participants, in addition to focusing on theoretical and substantive issues, have the opportunity to prove themselves in specialized team tasks, according to which they will be evaluated.

Welcoming
Welcoming the participants to the training by the game moderator, staff, and the business coach.

Introduction
Detailed discussion of training issues, goals and objectives by the business coach.

Workshop stage I
Dividing participants into teams and starting the game, during which the coach observes the participants' work.

Workshop stage I
Completion of the first stage of the game, followed by a discussion of the work and dialogue with the participants.

Workshop stage II
Changing the composition of the teams or drawing again, followed by the start of the second stage of the game.

Workshop stage II
The stage of inter-team cooperation, followed by the end of the game and discussion of the work of stage II.

Workshop completion
A broad summary of the entire work by the coach and completion of the training form.
*To best meet the expectations of our clients, each training program is consulted with the participation of the business coach, the game facilitator and the client several days before workshops. The course of the meeting, each time may differ from the above scheme.
COMPLEX SUMMARY OF RESULTS
Opinion of participants after the training
After each training session, the coach prepares a comprehensive summary of the work and opinion of the participants, which is made available to the Employer.
Coach's opinion
By observing employees, the coach identifies potential challenges and problems that the organization may face. These may include communication difficulties, team conflicts, or gaps in interpersonal skills. In addition, he assesses the effectiveness of teams, examines the level of commitment, and identifies and presents further training needs.
Participant conclusions
During and after the training, participants talk with the coach, mainly focusing on aspects related to team cooperation, communication and commitment.
